For a successful registration and participation in the respective QR code promotion, a prospective participant must provide his/her First Name, Last Name and E-Mail Address.

 

In addition, the following data may be collected: workshop/company where the participants work, name of the responsible dealer/distributor and their zip code or the location or town.

 

4. Lawful basis for data processing

When you participate in one of our QR code promotions, you consent to data processing for the purposes stated. The data processing is therefore based on your consent and will be protected by UK data protection and privacy laws, complying with UK GDPR. You can withdraw your consent to the storage of data and its use at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

In some cases, we use sub-processors to determine the prize or to carry out the competition.

Your personal data will be shared within the Tenneco group of companies and with the agencies acting on behalf of Tenneco and drawing the winners to enable implementation of the promotion, operation and maintenance of our website, sending of emails and our newsletters, customer communication or the administration of our customer database, to enable processing of orders as well as the administration of our customer database and in this context to process your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with the legal data protection requirements.
